Chicken noodle soup
This dish is so popular in Asia and North America. Sometimes, when I make it, I like to take it to another level by adding ''ebenetientien'' which is a lightly scented herb preferably for soups. This addition gives a very classic Asian dish like chicken noodle soup,an African kick.... enyoy.

Egusi Soup is a superb Nigerian delicacy, enjoyed by millions of Africans all the world over. This dish is a must have in 99.9% of Nigerian ceremonies, and it is said to have originated from Edo state. Egusi which is equally known as melon soup is also said to have been a Kings favorite in my home town, the Great Benin Kingdom. Oba gha tor kpere........Ise ;-)
